Yes a number can be reused, but it can only be on one campaign at a time.
  • You must change the existing tracking number on the old campaign to a false placeholder number like 000000000. 
  • You may also want to note what the actual number used in the notes field in case you need to reference it later. 
  • Keep in mind if any calls come in from the old campaign it will count towards the new campaign once the number is reused and assigned to a new campaign. 
  • Reuse the same number in the new campaign
